Because my knitted items are hand knitted the standard delivery time is 2-3 weeks.
Items in stock will be mailed with in two business days.
In you need an item by a certain time, please contact me.
You will be notified by e-mail when your order is ready for shipping.

Shipping
All orders are shipped US Mail and insured with a tracking number. For shipping outside the Continental US (Includes Alaska and Hawaii) additional shipping charges will apply. Shipping charges $6.75 per order. Snuggle pouches and blankets shipping $9.50. All orders shipped to California will be charged 7.75% sales tax.

Returns
All sales are final.
For health reasons snuggle pouches and blankets sales are final.
My doggy sweaters, harnesses etc. and kitty sweaters are custom made to fit your doggy or kitty.
Please use a soft tape measure to ensure an accurate fit. You are fully responsible for the accuracy of the measurements. If you have any questions about measurements please feel free to e-mail me.
